About Us
SNCF (Saraana Nature Conservation Foundation) is a non-governmental organization established in 2021. We aim to protect and promote the biodiversity and environment. Our activities are mostly focused on wetlands, shorebirds and biodiversity, which are related to protection and conservation.
To achieve our mission, we collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, researchers, and volunteers. By combining our collective expertise and resources, we implement evidence-based conservation strategies, undertake scientific research, and advocate for policies that protect wetlands and their avian inhabitants.
We are also dedicated to education and capacity building, empowering individuals and communities to actively participate in conservation initiatives. Through workshops, training programs, and public outreach events, we aim to inspire a sense of wonder and appreciation for the beauty and ecological importance of wetlands and the birds they harbor.
Together, we envision a future where our wetlands are preserved as thriving ecosystems, offering sanctuary to diverse bird species and serving as resilient habitats in the face of environmental challenges. Join us on this remarkable journey as we work towards a harmonious coexistence between nature and humanity.
Saraana Nature Conservation Foundation is committed to the conservation of nature, the protection of bird species, the preservation of wetlands, and the sustainable management of locally protected areas. Together, we can make a significant difference in safeguarding our shared natural heritage.
We believe all people can save our nature, can define their future, and can change the world.
